50cc Scooters Are A Great Way To Save Some Cash

Money is something that we are all looking for these days and we are trying to save it any way we can. Corporate Pirates VS the Motorcycle Club World

In the past few months my big concern has been the new Biker Movies and TV shows coming out like “Hell Ride” and “Sons of Anarchy” I knew these shows would have people wanting to join Motorcycle Clubs for all the wrong reasons! One thing I know will happen is many people will go out put patches on there backs and think they are now a Motorcycle Club and start acting the way they saw the Clubs in the Movies act. As I have stated in other articles, most Clubs for many years have been working for the betterment and unity of the Motorcycle Club world.Most MC’s want to put the Hollywood Biker Gang image way behind them. They want to focus on the Brotherhood that is the heart of all Motorcycle Clubs.

Most Clubs make good money selling their Support Shirts and gear. Over the past few years I have seen many large chain department stores selling T-shirts that are Dangerously Close to the Colors/Patches of Some of the worlds Major Clubs. It does not take much for one to assume these Stores know what they are doing and they just do not care about the people who buy these shirts or any of us in the biker world, All they care about is the cash flow! When Motorcycle Clubs contact these stores about copyright infringement the response from most if not all of these companies to the clubs is one of you don’t count or matter! When I see a person who knows nothing about the biker world wearing one of these shirts I understand that person just does not know better, But when I see a person who is a biker wearing one of these shirts I let him know “He is selling us all out ” There are too many who use the excuse they are only weekend warriors! I understand cash runs the world so these companies are going to try to skate the line by changing these shirts just enough so they can’t be sued under copyright laws and all the wannabe bikers will buy these shirts and wear them! In my opinion it is a total slap in the face to every biker out there!

Well as if those shirts where not bad enough I was recently informed of a jean company who has come out with T-shirts that are Motorcycle Club Member T-shirts of Fictional Motorcycle Clubs ! Go to the websites emoda.com/item.asp?prodid=129470 and emoda.com/item.asp?prodid=129464 to see these shirts. Anyone from the new rider to the old time Club Member who saw a person wearing one of these shirts could easily think that person is a member of a real Motorcycle Club . These Shirts are made by some rich corporation who probably does not care what they are doing ! The shirts go for around $52-$65 ! For $20 you can go out and buy a real Motorcycle Clubs Support shirt and Support the Biker World. The final insult to all in the Biker world is on the left sleeve there is a Diamond, this leads me to believe that the Manufacturers of these shirts knows at least a little bit about what they are doing. From the pictures I can not see if it says 1% inside the Diamond, But even if it does not it can be mistaken for one. The 1% Diamond is supposed to mean you are part of an elite Motorcycle Club the best of the best, and if you are wearing the shirt of a fictional Motorcycle Club that you paid $60 for, Well then you do not even rank as high as a wannabe Biker in my Book!

Motorcycle Clubs do not all always get along, But we all have always taken great pride in what we are and what we stand for! We true Bikers are the ones who know what “Freedom” really is! We are the ones who feel it for the rest of the world every time one of our rights are taken away. The mass population walks around blindly not caring about the things they are no longer aloud to do!

My one concern about posting this is that more people will see these shirts and buy them and wear them! If you respect anything about the Biker world not only will you not buy these shirts you will speak out and let those who make these shirts know you think this is an insult! When you are at a store and you see a biker looking shirt that looks like the patch of a Motorcycle Club you will speak out, Even if its a club you are not a fan of ,It is still an insult to all Clubs and all true Bikers! I remember hearing as a child that all Bikers where “Brothers in the wind” No matter what they ride. I always figured that even if you did not like your Brother you would always fight along side him when he was under attack! I feel this is an attack on all of us at the very heart of what we are ! So I ask those out there that came before for me, what they think and what do we do next ?

What To Know About Online Diabetic Food

Save Lots of Money on Food

When I first started looking at ways to save money it became obvious very quickly that the easiest way to save money was by cutting back on my food budget. You probably already know that and you probably also know that the the next step is eating at home. What you may not know is how to change that and this article can change that.

So maybe you’ve lived in your neighborhood for years and have shopped at the same grocery store for over a decade. Stop doing that. Look around, visit different store and different kinds of store and find the good deals. It may not seem like its worth the effort, but think about it. Food is something you will buy for the rest of your life and every penny you save will add up more than anything else you do to save money over the course of your life.

Check all of the fliers. To save money on food it really helps to prepare for your shopping by planning a menu. If you find chicken on sale- then you know that it would probably be a good idea to have chicken for dinner. Put whatever is on sale into your menu.

So you check the fliers. Well, if you need a little extra help one of the best ways to plan a menu based on whats on sale is to keep a master list of recipes. It’s simple and its a great reference for when you are looking at the sales and you can’t figure out what to make. You try a new recipes sometimes and forget about it, but if you put it on your list, you know it will make it into the rotation.

By making a master list of recipes you can make sections for each kind of recipe (i.e. ground beef, chicken, pasta, etc.) and when you are looking at the sales you can easily and quickly look at the sections that have sales. So chicken is on sale, you look at your list of chicken recipes and pick one. You just planned a meal and it took seconds!

I hope you can feel confident and armed to tackle your food budget. As they say, everything worth having doesn’t come free. So yes, you will have to put forth a little more effort, but the rewards for your wallet and health are priceless. I’m sure you agree.

Eat less food. Yep. Most of us could stand to eat less and you will save money doing this. Don’t polish off the pot roast and you now have leftovers for tomorrows lunch. A free meal philosophically speaking.

Keep it simple. A bowl of oatmeal, grilled cheese and tomato soup, or a butter sauce with cooked pasta, or any meals you can easily cook by scrounging around are the way to go. You can eat tasty meals, but just keep it simple and those complex shopping lists are a thing of the past.

Great Wine…What Is It?

Some say there are a gazillion possible answers. Of course there is no such number as gazillion, but then I’m sure you understand the meaning. It does drive home the point that there is no single answer.

The spectrum of wine drinkers ranges from the upscale wine club members on the east coast all the way down to your run of the mill street wino. And don’t forget our European cousins that drink much more wine than we do here in the states. So who you ask about great wine, forms the basis for the answer that you are likely to receive.

Is there any point in asking then? Yes there is. But who you ask will come as a surprise I imagine. And that’s because the person to ask is you….yes ask yourself. The bottom line is that it’s your taste buds that you need to please. And not anyone else’s, because you need to please yourself. You want to experience pleasure when consuming a glass of great wine.

What will play into and affect that experience is the surroundings with which you find yourself when drinking some wine. Why is that important, well there are some wines that just do not fit some occasions. And if you don’t know at least some basics, your wine selection could end with a very discomforting result.

Wine basics 101: there are White, Red and Rose’ in the color realm. There are desert wines, wines that typically go well with certain types of foods and then there are wines that can be enjoyed just by themselves. Actually all wine fits this last category. It just depends on your mood and taste.

Wine snobbery is for the most part a thing of the past. At present it has become more important for the individual to enjoy their selection than impressing someone with a wine believed by others to be the RIGHT wine for the gathering

With that being said, it is important for your own sensibilities to know something about wine in general. To ask for a nice Muscat to go with your fillet at dinner, would not be a wise decision, since Muscat is a wonderful desert wine. As a child in the foothills of the north California coast wine country, I use to pick Muscat grapes fresh of the wild vines growing in our neighborhood and eat them like they were candy. As you can see, some knowledge can certainly be helpful.

Even though there is a continuing leaning toward drinking red wine with red meats, it’s entirely acceptable to drink a white wine with beef or veal maybe. And you shouldn’t get funny looks when drinking a nice Merlot with a dish of sauteed prawns and linguine.

So red with red and white with white guidelines no longer hold true as it did in older times. But at some upscale eateries that have a wine Sommelier, you are likely to find that the old traditional view of wine and food pairings still hold true. When faced with this situation you really have to do what ever feels comfortable to you. So great wine is wine that makes you smile. Another great wine I failed to mention was the type known as Champagne. Champagne bubbles popping about your nose is likely to cause that reaction more so than any other. A giggle I mean.

So….Great wine, what is it? It’s the wine that you love to drink, regardless of others opinions and ideas. So go ahead and have that Merlot with sauteed Prawns over Linguine or a nice Pinot Grigio with your Rib eye. You have no one to please but yourself.
